Anyone finding a lost item can either call our toll free number or visit us on the Web at www.ImHONEST.com . At that point, the finder will have the option to either drop off the item at the most convenient of The UPS Store ® locations, or arrange for pickup service from their home or business.
What happens if I lose an item, but my subscription had expired?
If an item with one of our ImHONEST ID Label is lost, but does not have an active subscription or registered owner, we will do everything possible to notify the owner and return the item; however a reinstatement fee of $39.95 will be charged upfront in addition to the return shipping charges.
